Karni K.J Paton represents the essence of who a great woman should be, not just the average woman but a woman of business and class. She possesses within her the excellence that epitomizes a woman of the 21st century, with the mind of a classic woman of excellence.
Being an only child Karni, she attributes all her successes to her mother’s diligence and commitment to her development.
Today she can boast and be proud of her successes both in her private and professional life. It has been a long journey, through many valleys and mountain experiences. Those challenges have contributed to the woman she is today and as catapulted her into her destiny.
She is the Operations Coordinator of Optimum Group Guyana Inc a company leading the way in providing a wide range of services ranging from Construction & Engineering to Management Consultancy and Procurement.
Charles Bassaw
Mr. Charles Bassaw brings with him a lifetime of construction experience to Optimum Construction; He is an experienced business owner, client focused with very exacting standards, he is a perfectionist by nature and demands the best from his staff and affiliates to support the needs of his client.
He exposes the core beliefs of trustworthiness, loyalty, quality standards and efficiency in all his undertakings. He coming from a construction family. As a young man he chose to pursue his dreams in Construction Information & Project Technology, But Mr. Charles has said time and again, ‘construction is the blood in my veins’, and he left the car industry and behind to go back to his core, his ‘roots’ in construction. This propelled him to back into construction landscape in the realm of sustainable building materials.
Keene Mitchell
Keene Mitchell is a HVAC Building Services Technician with over 40 years’ experience in the field. He has attended technical college where he studied B-Tech HVAC engineer. During his studies, he decided to become a specialist within the field of refrigeration & Air-conditioning.
He is fluent in all aspects of the construction industry, renewable energy, electrical and mechanical installation.
Wesley Dowers
Mr. Dowers is a long-standing member of the media fraternity and has quite a track record in serving above and beyond the call of duty.
Wesley exhibits a passion for people, especially those in need this is quite evident as he travelled to Haiti to volunteer in a time if people being in dire need of aid.
At present Mr. Dowers sits as Director of Optimum Group and lends to the board his unwavering leadership and skill for all of the information sharing.
His work with several organizations including world renowned Food for the Poor Guyana as Videographer & Editor Inc reveals just how truly passionate and well-rounded Mr. Dowers is.
